Wild Spirit Rejuvenation Daytime Retreat
You are invited to celebrate YOU and your instinctual Wild Spirit as we begin a new cycle with the upcoming Spring Equinox!
Join this special full day retreat immersed in Nature’s Medicine. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the lovely PineStone Lodge. The Lodge sits nestled on 144 sacred acres with a pond, hiking trails, bonfire pit, sauna, and Medicine Wheel in Sandstone, MN, just 90 miles north of the Twin Cities.

The morning program will be facilitated by Lynn Koll, Life Coach, Ordained Minister and Retreat Owner. Take a short tour and hike immersed in Nature’s elements and experience the sacred connection to Earth, witnessing how Nature nourishes, neutralizes, and rejuvenates your true, wild connection to self, others and your true purpose.

We are fortunate to have internationally renowned special guest Musical Medicine Woman
Gina Citoli for our afternoon performance. She will debut her newest show “Wild, Wild Wisdom”
